I don’t understand how as horrible as working at CVS can be, why people drink the kool-aid. Do they not see the company for what it is??

I don't think many "drink the Kool-Aid" per say.
People are just trying to make a living, and they completely understand how horrible the culture is at CVS and how diabolical healthcare is in general.
Lots of kissing but* around here now days that does make me sick but that is pretty much in the same category. "Survive another day in he-l just to feed the family"
I like my job and my bosses. No kool aid drinking, I just like it.
@fz Not moneybags I wish. But you can work at a job without drinking the company kool-aid.

Im just trying to pay my bills. No koolaide here. No for profit company should have control over doctors and patients.
