Maybe it's just me, but I lost faith that this place can change long time ago. Some will say that that I'm wrong and that we should fight for our rights, but I no longer have time to wait for those changes that may or may not happen.
Isn't it simpler to just leave and find a job where you will be more valued and save yourself drama, stress, frustration.. just saying.

I think it’s more complicated than some people saying “if your unhappy quit” every employee has individual circumstances. Some are close to retirement, some have spouses that are sick and don’t want a lapse in insurance, some live in rural areas where the jobs/pay aren’t adequate. Etc etc so think about that. It’s not a one answer fits all. Employees not being treated fairly have every right to complain. Just like the one post stated you should not have to quit your job because of di--head manager.
I shouldn’t have to quit my job because of a di*knead manager. Just saying.
Agree with the poster that said if you’re not happy quit and find something else. Most on here want to blame the managers, company, and union for their unhappiness when it’s really in their control. It’s pretty simple, find something else you send to do and leave. With so many companies hiring there is no excuse that you cannot find a job elsewhere. Unless you just like being miserable, or your really just like complaining, you have options.
I ask myself the same question all of the time. It’s my own fault that I’ve let it go on this long, should have left a long time ago. I need to pull myself up by boot straps and start looking for employment elsewhere again.
I guess some people like the drama and keep complaining about work .Asking those questions repeatedly. Those people that run this rr don’t care if employees like working here.
Have a few years left to retire, I am staying put.
23hr isn't worth it.
Selling my stock slowly and looking to escape asap.
Who's hiring that's not requiring the jab?
I don't continue to put up with this, and that's why I quit. What I'd like to know is why this question keeps getting asked over and over again? If you're happy there, then stay! If you're unhappy there, then quit! It's really not that complicated.
