Want to assess the future at BBY? How do these questions sound? How is the quality of the remote work from India? How much of the org chart is allocated to Indians on visas? Are these the best and the brightest, or just DEI hiring? How many VPs are Indian and who do they promote internally? Is the Indian work full of tech debt? Are rollbacks frequent? How many internships were offered to US students this last year? At your quarterly meetings, is the list of new hires in DAT all foreign names? Why is there no appetite for US workers? Are you hiring onshore? How frequently? How competitive is your pay? What happens to a company that fails to deliver technically? Will you blame tariffs for the lack of growth for so many years?
