I sent all the paper work certified mail to sell 100% of class B PARA. The entire thing was very manual which is curious. I haven't seen any movement on the final tender of 61% class B PARA shares hit that account.
Anyone else see different?

PSKY is becoming a meme stock, it is likely to go to $50. Similar to AMC GME
I'm pretty sure that almost all sell orders of class B shares were only partially executed. There wasn't enough money in the deal to buy all the B shares, only the A class.
So say you were holding 2000 shares. You probably sold 1200 shares or so at $15, cash is in your account when settled, and the remaining shares will be converted to PSKY and will eventually hit your account. This is the case with my shares.

Well the shares sold at 61% tendered. Now they are locked up by Paramount itself and Morgan Stanley isn't able to release until Paramount give the okay. What a scam.
@c2 same for me. Hoping the rest goes through on Monday and this isn't it. I have no interest in holding stock in this company.
My Morgan Stanley account is now showing some stock sold (+/- 60%) and a cash balance.

Check on Monday - there's a message in the announcements section that says there is an update in progress b/c of the transaction. Not sure if that means the the share purchase will be settled but it's probably the earliest we would see any info on it.
