I mean he was the "messiah" who protested that PG was not cutting/firing enough people, so he resigned from the board..
Then 4 months later, the board fires PG, and needs to find a new CEO..
Then the board all decided the "messiah" should be brought back with his chainsaw in hand to fire more people..
Oh and BTW, firing people is the right move, even though the hatchet man is the wrong CEO. Intel has been over-bloated since AFTER Bob Swan left...
