What has Anand produced so far that justifies his mega perks, thru-the-roof salary and that sweet c-level title?

In my opeinion most notable contribution is getting into a mess of a lawsuit

I think Jane has mentioned a few times "he's our best operator"...

remember before he ran transformation he was head of GCB.. a big role. So... who knows.

He's had a long, long career at Citi. I do think the fact he's not running one of the major business is telling.. but I wouldnt' discount all he's done?

I remember his first time answering questions about Transformation and basically said it was a blank check for $1B. So everyone saw that as an opportunity to hire FTE prior to the strategy and design phase and left us where we are at today.
