Spiteful and Vindictive, so many HR complaints, no use. I left the org
Which org was it? Was it quarterly? And can they really put someone on a PIP anytime? How does that process usually work?
@377 fair to have low expectations but the point is to have a report on record in case of an audit by regulators

@tf you are right compadre. ∞ ss man is da reason for toxic environment but still continues to run. I quit the team and org - 0 % clarity; 100 % fear driven.

∞ team 1 man i ss making sh-t for every body. many people leeving team and company … more may be leeving coz 1 person. do nothing… is still running ∞ team because may be some friend upstairs.. no PIP for them. Jesus H Christ knows.
Did you rate appropriately during the check in. I would have imagined if this was the case that you would have also been directed to rate 5% as needs improvement I haven't gotten that direction and haven't heard anything about a pip. I do expect a round of layoffs Q4 and am creating contingencies to support the same.
Pip would be to avoid separation payments and manage folks out. But again, not seeing that personally within gtda
