The ford and Lincoln CRC jobs at the call centers in Florida and Texas (Percepta/ttec) are experiencing exponential growth and success while we are living on the edge of layoffs every day. Why not cut the money there and ship everyone client facing overseas

All good jobs are being offshored and hope is manufacturing jobs will come to US. You voted for this so enjoy it and be prepared to work on shift and uniform and labor camps
I’m not at ford I’m at Percepta I’m sorry I just had to test it out to try and get some tea if it exists because we’re so sick of being kept in the dark over here lol and I am not an entry level/client facing agent I’m in ops that’s all I’ll say but it’s concerning how we’re being je-ked around. Sorry about the uncertainty that everyone is facing
Call center jobs will be one of the first replaced by AI. It's already happening in some companies. If you're in this area, time to start looking for a different job.
Trump is forcing low paying jobs back to the US, companies are forced to get rid of and off shore the good jobs. You voted for this.
The CRC is needed to handle all the calls about damage due to all the recalls.
I've seen people laid off that are sevant level engineers. Its d-mb corporate raw need and not strategic vision. Labor is the Crack executives go to when the sc--w up, because its easy and doesn’t require them to delay solving core business problems.
Sounds like someone didn't get 3 badge swipes per week this past month as HR and JF DF KG want.....
Getting paid peanuts for a position with extremely high turnover. No thanks.
Layoffs are not done solely for financial reasons. It's not penny-pinching. Your work simply isn't needed.
Ur beefing with people in the call center? What is your job function for perspective
If you're facing cuts you're obviously not critical to company strategy.
