Financial performance:
- Bayer raised its 2025 revenue forecast to €46–48B ($53.5–$55.8B) from the previous €45–47B
- Kerendia sales rose 67% year-over-year
- Nubeqa sales rose 51%
- Xarelto revenue outperformed expectations but is expected to face sharper generic erosion in 2026
Anderson was granted a contract extension through March 2029 by the supervisory board.
