The comments are a microcosm of how out of touch this company and its employees are. An immature leader of parochial provenance absent of culture from some MN exurb using American references in meeting starters or group things with a majority India team, up to SH himself deluded that the US health insurance system has a bright future of sustainable growth.
That is an oxymoron statement. Morale will never be the same, when you spend half of your day fixing the sc--w ups from the offshore folks. Then work extra hours to do your job. This not resistance to change this is seeing the company crumble in front of your eyes in real time.
