@cb She knows they are lies but justifies it as human centered marketing gibberish. I cringe when listening to anything from ELT. Insincere drivel from another corporate America firm who wants to sound like they care about their people when they only care about the perception of the firm.
I’ve always wondered if PP actually believes the lies she spews or if she’s aware, but thinks it’s necessary to lie to clients, prospects and employees. Fascinating if she believes what she says.
