You want to terminate people easily? Do a dr-g test. I work with a many addicts. Easy peasy. Start dr-g testing!!! Forget the bottom 10%... Even the hourly should be tested.

Yes OP is correct … do random dr-g test with goal of all employees and contractors being at least tested every 12-18 months and you would see 20% of “team” routinely getting high. This is three-four years of PIP people with no need to do stupid HR administration of PIPS and PIL’s and burden on supervisors and managers. The fact our executives are so stupid not to do this is reason to sell stock … oops the execs are probably at La Quinta or a Coldplay concert is why they won’t or can’t🫣😖😵🫣nothing to see here is the CL30+ mantra. Rxtards galore abound in Leadership roles.
