As someone in SIBG who works for a division, can someone explain what the he-l has happened to TEBG and CBG? No more divisions? Is there a way to talk about the different product/portfolio groups within each of those BGs or no?

Didn't the Tebg reorganised into product platforms or verticals gonna help growth?? Or it just makes it more confusing??

while Wendy B is b1tching that TEBG is not performing well this year. Yet the 3M stock price keeps climbing and external analyst thinking 3M is showing good results in electronics market. Are the employees missing something inside?
probably setting the stage to get rid of people under her minion leaders they claim are not doing their job
Wendy sent a note to all TEBG saying Q1 and Q2 didn't meet expectations. Pleading all to give their best to salvage Q3. Well she is paid the millions, not us peasants

They really just got rid of the name “division” but you can basically consider platforms as mini-divisions. Or maybe it’s verticals that are divisions. Or something else. I sure as he-l don’t know and WB sure as he-l can’t explain how her own re-org works. After several town halls she and her underlings gave up and just told us to get on board and “challenge accepted” BS. Most of us don’t know what the challenge is or what we getting on board. But it’s a re-org that isn’t working and that means it is our fault that it isn’t working not hers….CALL TO ACTION!!

It's a legitimate question. Chill out with the aggressiveness.
Why don’t you focus on your work and not worry about other parts of the company.
Layoff presidents and have divisions at a lower level, but don’t call them divisions so you can pay people less for the work they are doing.
Who needs division when we're not selling products anymore.
Cut our way to profits!
