The things is, it takes courage to hold leaders accountable and challenge them. Who in the leaders group has by ba--s to stake their career over this? No one. There’s too much money on the table for them to risk.
This is everything that’s wrong with our Company. I can’t stomach the hypocrisy about managing costs, our values of honor and commitment to doing the right thing. Our leadership, and I use that term loosely, needs to address this head on. Do any of them have any managerial courage to tell us who was there, how much was spent and how it gets us closer to achieving our business goals. So much is being asked of us in the name of cost control. We don’t even have the resources we need to do the work, great people are gone, and the 15th floor thought this was a good thing to do. We are all supposedly accountable for our actions, especially when it comes to being good stewards of corporate resources. If there was ever a legitimate issue to be raised by employees and shareholders, this is definitely one of them. We cannot continue to remain silent. Where are the whistleblowers!!!

I’m not sure what they think there is to celebrate. My understanding is the 3 largest institutional shareholders decided on the morning of the shareholders meeting to give Go Go a little more time to improve things and even then Elliott was able to get 2 board members elected.
Then there’s the Propel judgement against P66, the wastewater issue in LA, Rodeo continues to be a money loser, and the layoff of good employees also continues.
But what the he-l, go ahead and fiddle while Rome burns.
