After all the AI related info sessions is it time for layoffs next? Lot of business and tech roles are already redundant and can be easily automated. Feels like activities and programs are being made up to keep people busy at this point.

Very soon, half the people can be released with little impact, especially in global teams. If there was something else they could do to make more money for the company then great, but most biz. cases in this industry don't move the needle.
