Lately it feels like no matter how hard I work, it won’t change a thing when it comes to my career. The only ones getting ahead are the ones with the right connections. The rest of us are barely hanging on while leadership doesn't give a damn that everyone’s so checked out.

My manager thinks he is a healthy weight. He couldn’t be more wrong. I’m very concerned because I love him. When I see him attempting to be a motorcycle enthusiast, but looking totally ridiculous, it concerns me and others on the Cyber Team. Can anyone help?
