What's going on the the pds timing this year? Normally everything g is orderly and timely. Why is HR taking so long to get everything done? We're going into August without guidance on mlrp which is holding g up delivery of results to many other people.

The fact that they’re firing or NSIing the US HR employees and replacing them with people in South America and third world countries probably doesn’t help things run well
Already going.....got my NI last week with no pointers to what I need to improve as usual.
The same thing that is up with the rest of the company. No one is performing their job.
HR must be up with something, it seems things aren't running as per the schedule (whatever that means!).
