What is this new “value-focused” store format BA mentioned last week? Is GE bringing back good cents grocery + more?

Giant Eagle should rename itself to Giant Ego.
Whatever it is, its not going to last. GE doesn't know how to do value! There will still be an obscene amount of signs, a flyer and service departments and in the wrong neighborhood which is why Valu King and Good Cents didn't last. BA needs to understand to lower the prices in EXISTING GE stores! He's taking this company backwards. Typical old white corporate man mentality!
