The pressure here has become almost unbearable, and the culture is beyond toxic. Every day is filled with fear and constant drama. It’s exhausting trying to keep up with impossible expectations while watching talented people get pushed out for trying to make things better. I’m starting to hope I get caught in the upcoming layoffs, just so I can finally get some relief from this environment that’s wearing me down mentally and emotionally. No job is worth this.
