I have a new boss who’s only been here for two months, and he’s already managed to pi-s off every single one of us. He came in and started changing processes and procedures that had worked perfectly for years, with no real explanation just so we’d be doing things his way. It hasn’t improved anything. In fact, it’s slowed us down and created more confusion than clarity.

Same. My entire vertical leadership has turned over since April. New bosses have no clue what our teams do, but they want us to do everything differently.
At a point, you just go with the flow and let the Sh!t roll downhill. Sooner or later it will hit him when things are not going the way he expected.
This is Fiserv, hard to believe you are on a team with processes that work well.
My manager always raises his hand to take on other teams' cr*p, throws it at us, and says "wear the cape and don't forget to smile!" and then gives us all "meets" ratings no matter how well we do.
You just described the First Data merger in a nutshell
