How is that strategic plan to increase profits working for the Optum Health VP’s. One has no medical background what so ever. All those billions made in 2024 and 2025. Company reputation: Gone. Increasing metrics so everyone couldn’t keep up and delivering cr-ppy reviews. Well time for new management, new managers, directors. People who have the integrity and guts to say.
