Anyone who got laid off from sh**ty bank know if they negotiate severance package?

Sometimes you got to think outside the box.
What grounds do you have to negotiate? Technically they could just fire you instead of severance.
It’s all formulaic. It’s new to you but not to them. You get what you get according to the policy
There are no negotiations, take it or hire an attorney.
