The longer you are able to prolong a conversation with endless meetings, the higher you are promoted to PE, Senior PE, Fellow, VP etc. The bullies ring by these group of people creates intentional hierarchy that eventually subjugate the worker bees and make them aspire to climb up the same ladder for career growth. It's a scam that Intel introduced and people in these cadres enjoyed the cushion doing BS.

What does holding accountable mean? You fire these guys and they walk out with a ton of cash and a big a smile. Just look at Pat. The question is how they lasted so long in the company.
Ok they fired GP KM RR… fair, long overdue. But at least these guys talked like engineers. What about jokers like KV and VI who are totally clueless and do nothing but were protected by GP. And thanks to DEI, toxic good for nothings like RCC will be kept and may be even promoted.
Intel created the PE, Fellows, VPs ladder as a way of aggrandizing themselves, weeding out by sowing a toxic cult. When you dethrone that ladder and flatten, it will become an engineering company. Now they are plugged with pulse oximeter!
They will never be held accountable since they are all in charge. Even LBT kept DZ, MJ, RB, MH, SK lots more. Clean up needs to be 2 levels to be effective. 20 years of demise just not going to turnaround. Split up and sold by our part-time CEO and negligent board.
They should be held accountable and never allowed to work at such high levels ever again
Intel is silly
Just talk to def met
How many conversations have I had with a senior leaders only to realize how clueless and ineffectual they are, house cleaning is well overdue. Who elevated these individuals to positions so outside their capability? Forget talent, Intel lost competent people ages ago.
Intel is an equal opportunity employer. Only hardcore engineering company where psychology, history, and communications majors can lead software and hardware engineering roadmaps. Making total mockery of domain expertise.
Yes and rest of industry is on to them now too. It’s why no one is getting hired else where. Intel folks just su-k
Maybe, but you'll have also admit these clowns hired extremely poor talent the last 15 years, and those people eventually squeezed out the people who actually created x86, and cared about winning. Vs the the last two generation of hires were basically DEI, H1B, and participation trophy winners.
