NOT a single engineer in American politics. They have no clue about how few American born engineers there are. Big tech has been siphoning the brain power from Asia since the Telecom act of 1996.

My incompetent indian Director canot effectively lead us long serving employees, and as a result, he tends to fill new positions exclusively with Indians who do not challenge his authority or decisions.
This is increasingly common
across qualcomm and all FAANG companies. Why is nobody calling this out and taking steps to root out such malpractices.
Tech companies have been abusing h1bs for 20+ years... Nothing will change, fire US workers and hire hb1s or offshore.
I'm so glad I'm 3 years away from retiring. Gone are the good old days for the tech industry.
