There's no way. Why title-only and no commentary? That said, what's $36M vs. $40M? This would hurt the peons more than the masters and likely sound great at an earnings call, but I call BS.

Didn't Bryan tell everyone "we're not children" when he mentioned that SOLV wouldn't force people back into the office?
Seems like someone (Nelson Peltz? From Trian) didn't like to hear that. Good old Peltzie has left a trail of job losses and corporate destruction everywhere he's infested. Peltzie must have told Bryan that he would split the proceeds 50.50 with him for all the mpney SOLV will "save" from this dastardly deed.
What next? Hire the Tireman?
