I can see a few managers starting to break from the BS. You can only smooth things over so many times until it starts to destroy your well being.
You have to really turn off your feelings/thoughts/opinions if you are management. To a sane person, what is happening right now is insane and to keep cheering it on is psycho.
At least level with the team as to what is going on. You'll get more out of people with the truth as opposed to being positive about the insanity that is going on now.
