Anyone else also hearing about August layoffs? Separate from DNME firings

@OP a friend in product marketing was laid off yesterday, based out of Atlanta. She said she knew of at least a few others. Ironically, I keep seeing a bunch of jobs being posted in other cities they don’t have offices in on LinkedIn. Once you click in, the locations are most Atlanta or Plano, so they’re probably trying to get people to move there to replace the people they let go. Of course, it’s all for “AI”
