Thread regarding NICE-Systems Ltd. layoffs

NICE is a problem

NICE since buying inContact has continued to have issues. They neglected commissions, the channel and much more. This isn't new Paul Jarman perpetuated these things when it was inContact and MyACD. It has not progressed but it has gotten worse. This company continues to promote "yes" men and still uses technology from 15 years ago disappointing customers. The fact they bought Cognigy while still promoting another bad company Omilia is crazy. There is no loyalty to their employees or customers.

So I did have an interview at NiCE , second round - I didn't have a contact center per say experience - so wasn't selected for further rounds. So you think it was really a deal breaker? Or did I dodge a bullet?

Oh my. Hold my dance boots.
Her public posts where she ridicules anyone who doesn't praise her, hire her or acquiesce to claiming she is brilliant, one-of-a-kind and utterly amazing are getting very, very old. How does this person not have anyone in her close circle who can advise her to stop? How does she not see how ridiculous she appears? Is she possibly special needs? I don't get it. Many of us have met her in person. She looks nothing like her AI create images that she obnoxiously splashes everywhere. Why?why?why? Please make it stop.

Hopefully it will work itself out.

I will caution anyone from hiring people from Avaya just because they were there. There is some excellent talent, but those are the needle in the haystack folks. The LOUD ones are the ones who were only at Avaya when it was pure dysfunction. There is one who is shamelessly begging your CEO for a Job via some odd campaign connecting their "experience by osmosis" of the fact that their mother sold typewriters for IBM 40 years ago. I kid you not. At least a 1/2 dozen people have sent this to me wonder what the heck it means, and all we can gather is it is a desperate attempt to get a marketing job.
