Last round the people on my team got theirs around 6pm on Friday before. I’m hoping to get one this time.

People on our team got their 1:1s moved to Monday, no official emails (yet).
I’m a manager. HR being on the call is optional. If the manager requests it - they’ll be there.
@ab I got one too. Expecting to get laid off.
@bv Well, great for you, but in today's job market, there is absolutely no way in h3ll that you, or anyone else is getting a job in 2 weeks after be laid off. Maybe 3 months. Maybe if you are a unicorn.
I was laid off last year after quiet quitting for about nine months. I landed in a new role within two weeks.
Best thing that ever happened to me professionally. My mental, emotional, and physical health have all made complete 180.
Only thing I miss about Dell are a few of my co-workers who still remain friends.
There weren’t enough HR reps for all the calls last time. The manager had to do the calls and read the script. That was US tech support though.
I got one!
@aq I could be wrong but, I'm pretty sure HR has to be on the call when laying someone off. Mostly due to legal reasons I believe.
@aj has to be a HR person involved in Ireland.. rules are rules... i know from 2 months ago
Sales was hit this morning. HR not on the calls. Source: A friend got axed this morning. I survived. My leader had a call with our team at 11a and we lost a person on our team too.
got mine earlier this week.
@a8 Ditto, had a scheduled 1:1 with my manager (I’m in Ireland) and was hoping HR would pop in during the call.
Nothing :(
Rumor is that the invites will come Sunday night.
I got mine around 4pm on a Friday...let's meet on Monday for a business update
Calm before the storm?
