New documentary on utube and aired on MN local (9) news today. Most of it I was aware of, so curious as to timing…. Does the state want more money…?

Actually yes the state does want and will need more money. $850,000,000 still isn’t enough for the east metro. Expected to run out in 2027. The Woodbury water treatment plant is $330,000,000 alone.
