They want to move all technical jobs offshore and just have management sit onsite, recent layoffs clearly state the same. Total injustice to Americans by an American company

Trump should raise his emergency Tariffs to 50% to any company outsourcing to India or the Phillipines
It’s not only technical jobs. If there’s no legal requirement to be in the US, that job will go offshore. Operations, finance, marketing.
Managers won’t stay to oversee offshore teams. Some are leaving because of that already
