I really try to understand how we manage to promote folks which are on same level like junior dev elsewhere?
No clue about dev tools known for 10years.. almost always with attitude
I've tried nothing and I ran out of ideas.

Writing software is pedestrian. That’s why we offshore. It’s coming up with the ideas, designing them, building a POC and aligning people that is hard. Then you hand it off.

Coding is a young persons game. Once you get to 10 years in if you are still coding your career is stunted as a general rule. I stopped writing code in 1986 and kept working in the IT field until 2024.
There is no longer anyone good enough there to mentor the college hires or folks coming up. Sad and appears deliberate.
