The EC should give thought to seeing through our eyes. Giving half of our waking hours for YEARS to making the company brighter and better, and making clients' experiences happier, only to be betrayed again and again and again and AGAIN. And then to have to hear the same solemn corporate mumbo jumbo pretending that what you're feeling is not a kn--e in your back, but a pat on the back. How can you people do this with a straight face? I'm not trying to be dramatic when I ask, how do you sleep at night? Do you ever think about the lives of the people that work for you at any time? We're not just numbers on a screen, we families that depend on us. There are thousands of people whose lives you are turning upside down all the time for seemingly nothing more than a few bucks.
Do you not understand that what you are doing is wrong? Do our lives mean nothing to you?
