I’ve been in R&D for 11 years, and we all knew some kind of shakeup was coming. Still, it hurts to know so many talented folks will lose their livelihood.
Management keeps pushing the transparency angle, but the messaging is nothing but buzzwords. Cost cutting, consolidation, strategic investment...we all know bull when we hear it.
