As reported by RIFed employees, most RIF meetings are 15 minutes long where attendees are muted, not allowed to ask questions & speaker reads from a script.
Most RIF meeting invites are sent the morning of the RIF. But, a very small portion of RIFed people said they received the meeting invite the night before the RIF.
