Why are so many leaders claiming great things on LinkedIn after they get fired… but yet the stock tanks? Those that got fired are constantly self congratulating and yet here we are with a dysfunctional company and falling stock price! I’d say, well done.. fantastic work… perfect explanation of culture failure in UHG!

@bb ESRO still have a bit of house-cleaning to complete. Funny thing to search Linkedin where former EIS/ERM people claim to be the Chief Security Architect. It's the worst of the worst experience-wise. Then there are the 2 left-over ING people from Mexico. One announced in a meeting he was only here to make more money quickly then plans to return to Mexico. The other has false information on his LinkedIn regarding his experience at ING as a Information Security Officer. Yet they are allowed to keep their jobs while American citizens were laid-off.

The sad facts are that I’m sure other departments were run as poorly, as ESRO in the last few years, and it’s starting to show!
More layoffs are coming but just think about the talent that left or was cut because these leaders failed! Since santelli left the amount of tech talent gone is crazy!

It’s call political positioning. They make themselves look great on social media hoping the next victim of their horrible leadership decisions (aka new company) are razzled and dazzled by them. Imaging a leader on LinkedIn saying “I drove this place into the ground, and my leadership skills were given to me by a box of cr--ker jacks” they would never get another job. It’s just another lie and deception in their toolbox
Now that ESRO has cleared house with its leaders, time to get rid of the tantrum bully boys from Nico’s org. Next will be candy man, then it’ll be the rest!!
