Well, I was going to say she's a ct before quitting but I'll just suggest she's a nepo baby who shouldn't have her job. Calling her a ct would get me fired. I want to use a little more of my sick time before walking out.

@bn More politely like just calling her a ct and not a useless ct?

@ab Oh, f**k the customers at this point. They are no better than the EC. They just want you in your cell to keep the systems running so they can gamble on their tomorrow.

The coffee in the office is really bad though. I don't get how you enjoy drinking it that much.

We really do need collective action, they clearly don't care to hear us out any other way.

The incredibly annoying thing is I want to improve the work we do, improve processes to make things easier and more efficient for the workers and our clients. I WANT to do these things but now I'm going to have to find a new job because it's crystal clear the EC and their cronies are actively hostile to the workforce.

Actually I like this idea. I have over 256 hours of sick time I need to burn before I quit. I'll still call Renee out but maybe more politely so I just get put on a pip.

I was thinking I will just call Renee (Nepo baby Core Technology Solutions "leader") out on Thursday in a department meeting then quit without notice. Would love to see people walkout though.

Walk out. Protest. Schwab will replace you faster than your first unemployment check hits your bank. For every one walkout, there are dozens of people wanting to work for Schwab. We’re all replaceable.

Sick out. Don't go in on specific days. Walking out just means you wasted your time and money commuting. Policy allows for three sick days before needing documentation.
