Where is the statement from the BOD? They really want someone as CEO that sold ip and violated export controls? https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/cadence-design-systems-agrees-plead-guilty-and-pay-over-140-million-unlawfully-exporting

No comparison. Cadence is a successful software company with strong IP, hitting on all cylinders. Intel, is a different beast altogether…
