The engagement survey closes 7/30, and they’re gonna release this RTO update by EOD today. At least we used to pretend they mattered, now it’s so obvious the EC does not care

Now the management will claims, oh , see inspite of our RTO 4 days , employee are still happy and glint survey results are great.So next lets make it 5 days a wekk. I am glad I gave them all 1 rating in the Glint Survey, not that it makes any difference.
I hate how people say not to respond. We know you are not doing that. Only 2000 people out of all employees aren't responding
The best Glint response is to not respond
but like you said not like it matters
