Federal judge issued a preliminary injuction stopping Arkansas law banning PBM's from owning a pharmacy. Arkansas plans to appeal. But, Louisiana tried to pass a similar law, and the pressure on PBM's is still very hot. The real question is how much longer can CVS continue to stave off PBM reforms or possible PBM breakup?

IF Arkansas wins on appeal, and that's a big IF right now, things might get really interesting. Other states will see that taking on the big 3 PBM's is possible. Right now despite all the heat, PBM's are still in the drivers seat. The question is for how much longer? Or will the PBM's prevail in the end?
PBM’s are being seen as middleman by the general public. This trend of anti pbm laws might continue to spread
