Does Exxon actually it’s actually safe and or productive to call an employee in and tell them they are NSI, then tell them they have 3 weeks to decide whether they want PIP or PIL and send them back out in the field where they are the lead a of a safety sensitive position.

@a7 There is no such thing S a successful PIP. You will never get the lost money back
Would love to tell you that’s a one off. This place is so off the rails it has to be that local one person who keeps everything has blown up.
Hahhaa. Are you kidding, OP. Those dooshpags will NSI you, spin it so they think you're ok w it and then expect you to carry on as everything is normal. I agree, it's not a good situation.
It's just like telling the technicians in Clinton and Sarnia that they will just be tossed aside like trash upon site closure and expecting them to keep working like nothing's wrong.
You have 3 weeks to decide? I had 7 days to make a decision. I successfully completed my PIP.
