Product Engineering leadership says its structure will be maintained. Until when? At this point, it’s impossible to trust anything leadership says. One moment everything is fine, then suddenly there are "challenges," and then it’s just for “optimization” — yet it’s always the lower-level employees who get hurt, with the possible exception of that last C-level removal. How do they expect to develop solid engineering with this constant sense of insecurity hanging over everyone’s heads?

@OP you know how you clean up your house or your apartment before you sell it? You throw away the stuff you don't need, you pack the stuff you do need.
