If you could ask Mike/estaff a question at the All Hands, what would it be? Since we can’t even post an anonymous question for the meeting, let’s hear from those that have valid questions and concerns. Maybe someone will see them.

@bz there is a link in earlier threads with the actual documents from the suit. Nepotism is one of the things that is brought up in it.

@bz why downvotes tho? I'm not denying nepotism in this sinking ship per se, instead I genuinely want to know if there is any official lawsuits alleging it.

@ay I feel out of the loop. People keep mentioning here the nepotism-related law-suite.
Where can I read about it? Searching in public domain only gave me investor misrepresentation-related lawsuits, no mentioning of nepotism whatsoever.

@bc the goal from what I’ve heard is 50% of ICs in low cost countries, but Porto is already being looked at as mid cost. India is coming.

I also like my manager. I have a good spot and accomplish a lot. I like the people I work with. I wish we were more focused on hiring in the US. I wish we cared about our company's and country's future.

I am a sorta happy employee. I’m not looking to leave, I like my manager and I’ve had a career long enough to know that good managers aren’t guaranteed. Also, I think we have a good product that is having a moment. I’d just like some honesty.

  1. Obviously we are working on offshoring significant parts of the company. And obviously, at a minimum, some sales, marketing , HR and leadership will be based in the US. What percentage of headcount by department will you expect to be here when the sale comes?
  1. When are you expecting a sale to happen? Is it to a big tech player like Amazon or private equity like Thoma Bravo?
  1. Stop saying “I work hard every day to keep everyone employed.” We are obviously on a cycle now, how often should we expect layoffs to occur?”
  1. Are you treating people right when they go? What severance packages are you offering?

When is the sale coming? When do you stop doubling down on the nepotism mentioned in the lawsuit? What will it take for you to resign and get in a quality CEO?
