Alk the culture is whatever buzzword and social fad was going at the time.. Unh was all in on woke the past 7 years especially being in Minnesota. Now that the social pendulum is going the other way and their company has been trashed you will see all that nonsense dropped for AI everything.
Contractors. They get treated more fair than employees. Culture is dead. Everyone for themselves and that’s just the strategiless leaders. Since current version came under SH, he has not said a peep about it.
