I started ab 1 yr ago. Immediately I knew something was wrong. I was surrounded by 90% green employees and management was non-existent. When I interviewed to relocate from across the globe, I was intrigued by the project of JL and promised a new office and a great innovative project on the way, JL taking on basketball LA.
Reality was everything about FOG is kept hush and silo’d from mainline bbl teams, to the detriment of the fog bbl team. everything about FOG is kept silo’d from mainline teams, limiting all process awareness. When I started I was told a “uniform” would be implemented to enter the FOG room and I listened during triad meetings when people spoke up worried about wether they would “fit the look” or not. That only “select” people could be involved with fog team interactions and that FOG didn’t follow any calendar or budget. I watched as director level management made decisions that defied all 10+ yr of my
Own experience. signing off on multi million dollar liabilities/factory relationship breakdowns/and total incompetence. I watched s.directors show up to meetings in tears over their personal life and take up space venting about inappropriate personal life matters, by the time that would pass there was no air left in the room. To this day, S.leadership do not know how to read a calendar or follow process. It is 0 wonder how a Partnership like JL/FOG are now fast distancing themselves. In fearofgodathletics latest IG post, JL posted about his tattoo and someone commented: “poor guy had to rebrand his tattoo”
Adi failed and now JL/FOG is releasing statement around distancing the partnership.
FOG could have been released by now. all truly capable talent have left in the meantime or are desperately trying to escape, due to the severe SLT disconnect.

Come. On. The FOG partnership was fake from the jump.
JL and crew just a cash grab the disconnect broadened and business decisions lacked. The whole scenario Junior Varsity at best at some point the brand needs to stop checking boxes based on practices to protect the make up of the workforce. Waste of money, waste of space , waste of time beyond belief. Dissolve it all. Replace and reLace.

I know someone that left adi. FOG immediately contacted them and asked if they would join their team because no one at adi seamed to know what they were doing.
