How's everybody feeling about this? Personally, I don’t know how I feel about working for a company that didn’t even exist two weeks ago. It’s exciting but also stressful not knowing what the future structure or roles will be. Some teams are already getting pulled into “transition planning” and that never means fewer meetings.

@OP I'm not very happy about it, I wish we had some sort of say in what company we get to work for at the end of the day. I wanted to work for NBC, so I took this job. Now I'm not even gonna get the perks I love like the universal tickets or free peacock. I bet they get rid of free golf now as well. Plus we just had our health insurance change this year (which made all my in network docs out of network),and it sounds like it's gonna change again.
For my area we got new versant laptops, but still have the old ones because we're encouraged to set up the new stuff but not everything is working 100% and now I have 2 different calendars to keep track of and stupid Microsoft teams is a pain to deal with if you're not on the NBC one
Fishy at best
Feel pretty okay so far. I notice teams are moving faster rostering out their leadership positions than others, like HR and Entertainment. My team is on the slower side so my day to day is little changed, but I know when it happens it'll be instantaneous. Just gotta keep showing up
