Does anyone know if there will be another round of layoffs in August?

I’m mental health therapist and started in January. I’m in PA and have not seen many referrals and it doesn’t seem we are getting new clients should I be worried? Would like a heads up of so as I am new and have seen many therapist s leave. Thanks.
Another thing I have noticed a ton of people from our team are getting promotion and nobody is replaced them yet.
Everyone should be aware that the stock has been downgraded to hold status. And pay attention to the earning call tomorrow. If that looks not favorable the stock will drop. It’s all about shareholders and investments.
with over 300k employees and so many acquisitions - YES positions will be eliminated. It is American Business that is run by stockholders and quarterly earnings.
