Can someone share YEE and performance requirements to move between each CL for ICs per the PMG?

There are defined tables for your organization based on YEE and RG. Different orgs have different max CL for ICs. (EMTech goes to 29, EMPS to 27, etc.) Generally expect to move up the first 2-3 CLs very quickly in your career and then stall for long periods. If you're a supervisor then promos above your current CL are "manager dependent," position dependent, and will keep coming as you climb leadership ranks. There are quotas in the upper ranks, so you might have to wait your turn even if holding the right position.
After 26 all it takes is for you to have a boss willing to click the button.
YEE and Performanace actually do matter. However, the major variable is Ultimate Performance. If you are slated for 30+ CL you will move faster. If <30CL, you will eventually be NSI and replaced by AI (another Indian).
Yee and performance don't matter because all that matters is if you ki ss enough management a rse. It us all about kissing up and that is all. I have seen hipos move up every two years. One especially gifted individual has a CL bump every year. He broke exxons heart because exxon had him pegged for greatness and he abandoned exxon by quitting. He used his new title to get a high paid position at aramco. One oldie I knew who just drifted through work timed out. He got a cl bump even though he said he did not deserve it. He was told he really worked hard and deserved the cl promotion. He had not a cl bump on over ten years. Hr told him it was because of his age. He got the cl bump and was piped two years later. I told him it was his payoff to leave. It us a totally made up system and bs. It is like how ticks does it take to get to tge center of a tootsie pop. It could be one or a million.
