Thread regarding Charles Schwab Corp. layoffs

Mafia Style Leadership

Its the good old boys club. If something fails they simply switch around leaders from the same pool. Hey Schwab, the problem isn't your employees but your failed leaders.

@eb That's great to know. My life as a worker here is being completely ruined, but the stock is going up up up! That's all that matters, line go up. Not the workers' livelihoods or the families affected, they can go ahead and die as long as that line just keeps going up FOREVER

Leaders in my organization absolutely subscribe to mafia-style leadership philosophy, a mafia run by highly untalented, heavily overpaid clowns. It’s a parade of self-serving narcissists in bad wigs and face paint, loudly asserting their importance. They name drop like it’s currency, toss loyalty aside the moment it stops serving them, and will throw anyone (even their own inner circle) under the bus as long as it gets them more stock rewards.

@eb buying back 20 billion doesn’t mean good leadership. How many profited from advanced news of a huge buyback?
