Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

When is the new CPO being hired?

If LBT really has a strategy he will need one of the best HR leaders in the industry to help him drive the strategy through Intel. That person needs to bring their own HR leadership team in……there is no one in current HR leadership capable of driving this. It is a very weak team. They are set in the old ways of Intel. LBT needs to act fast.

I really hope this post is sarcastic. Anyone unless working in HR asking for HR leadership is most likely a bottom tier employee or new grad.
HR jobs is the most stupidest jobs on planet earth. I dont think there is a college degree needed for HR.

Agree that the HR bench is super weak, however what high level HR leader would come to Intel. CP was lucky to have a shred of her reputation intact when getting the CAT job. If she stayed on any longer her HR reputation would have been in shambles.
